The lectures will take place in the Leonard Wolfson Auditorium of the newly built Academic Wing. Refreshments will be held in the foyer area together with registration. Lunch will be held in the Buttery Room, which is a short walk from the Auditorium.
The accommodation and lecture theatre are located on campus within walking distance.

Accommodation is available at Wolfson College in single en-suite bedrooms on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis. Participants wishing to book accommodation at the college, can do so when registering online.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors with no access to a lift. Therefore, if you require a ground floor room please indicate this during registration.
The communal kitchens are available to use during the event, some have appliances, but there isn't any cookery or tableware. Tea trays and kettles are supplied. There is also an iron and ironing board. You are advised to bring your own hairdryer, clock, radio, adaptor, personal toiletries.
Check-in time is from 14:00 until 23:00 daily. If you arrive before your room is ready, there will be storage for your luggage. If arriving after 23:00, you will need to let us know in advance so that we can alert the night porter.
